Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), during the previous season of IPL, made a strong comeback in the second half of the tournament with a dominating performance under Faf du Plessis.

However, he has picked up the pace in the business end of the season with four wins in five clashes, including a washout fixture against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

Bengaluru will host the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium a few days later, where they hope to win both their next two clashes to earn the top two spots on the points table.
