Pakistan players have not played in the Indian Premier League (IPL) since the opening edition in 2008. But the blessed PSL and unique talent, several players have been popular and successful in other T20 leagues.

The wicket-keeper batter, Kamran Akmal, the left-arm pacer, Sohail Tanvir, the two all-rounders, Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik, and others were part of various franchises in the league.

Since then, due to the poor relationship between the two countries, the BCCI banned Pakistan’s players from participating in the IPL.

Here is the list of 5 players from Pakistan who can play in the IPL.

1. Mohammad Amir

The veteran left-arm pacer has a huge experience of playing in various leagues of the game. His smart ability to read a batter and fox him with different variations and planning always makes him a dangerous bowler.

Being a left-arm quick, it’s an added advantage for the franchise, and Amir also has the pace to swing the new ball in different situations.
