Every season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the 2025 edition of the tournament will provide new chances to the uncapped players, who can make their debut in international cricket for the Indian side later this year.
In the past, Abhishek Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and even Jasprit Bumrah got their first cap for the national side after their impressive performance in the 20-over franchise league. It's the best platform for the youngsters to shine on the big stage.
Here is a list of 5 uncapped Indian players from the IPL who can make their international debut in 2025
1. Priyansh Arya
The left-handed Punjab Kings’ opening batter, Priyansh Arya, has gone through a sensational IPL 2025. He is the franchise’s third leading run-getter of the edition with 347 runs in 11 innings at an average of 31.53 and a strike rate of 192.77, shouldering one century and one fifty at the best score of 103 runs.

His century, meanwhile, against the Chennai Super Kings came at a situation where they kept losing regular wickets and were in danger of getting bundled out cheaply, but Arya continued to smash the big shots around the ground.
2. Ashutosh Sharma
One of the vital aspects of the shortest format is to find finishers who can nail the aggressive shots towards the end of the inning. Ashutosh Sharma, the 26-year-old batter from the Delhi Capitals, is one member of the department.
The right-handed batter, on the other hand, smacked 189 runs in nine innings at an average of 27 and a strike rate of 167.25 with one fifty, while this year, he has drilled 186 runs in eight innings at an average of 167.56, shouldering one half-century.
3. Ayush Badoni
The Lucknow Super Giants have shown huge trust in Ayush Badoni in the league, and the youngster has delivered with the bat in pressure situations. Last year, he smashed 235 runs in 12 innings at a strike rate of 137.42.
Meanwhile, in this edition, the young right-handed batter has thumped 326 runs in 10 innings at an average of 36.22 and a strike rate of 150.23, shouldering two fifties at the best score of 74 runs.
There had been times when Lucknow was under tremendous pressure, losing regular wickets, but Badoni ensured that they would get to a respectable score or achieve the target easily.
4. Vaibhav Arora
Vaibhav Arora has been fabulous for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2025. Last year, he contributed so many wickets in the middle overs for the champions.
This year, in the absence of Mitchell Starc, the right-arm pacer has shouldered the responsibility of picking wickets with the new ball.
On the other hand, Arora is KKR’s second leading wicket-taker of the season with 13 wickets in 10 innings at an average of 26.38 and a strike rate of 16.38, with the best bowling figure of 3/29 in an innings.
5. Yash Dayal
Since that nightmarish over against Rinku Singh by leaking five sixes in the last over to lose the game against the Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2023,
Yash Dayal has changed himself into a different bowler. Going into the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, he has worked on his variations and yorkers at the death overs.
