Did Virat Kohli Ask Kevin Pietersen For Real Estate Prices In London? England Star Reveals Conversation

Virat Kohli, India's experienced cricketer, made his ODI debut against England. Kohli played in the second ODI in Cuttack after missing the first match owing to injury.

However, his conversations with former England captain Kevin Pietersen have captured the attention of fans. While Kohli is part of India's squad, Pietersen is collaborating with the host broadcaster as a pundit. They were seen laughing together during the first ODI.

They were seen having another casual conversation during the second ODI in Cuttack. Aakash Chopra, a former India opener, has predicted that Kohli might be asking Pietersen about the real estate prices in London.

Virat Kohli’s London connection

Virat Kohli has been living in London for quite some time now. He and his wife Anushka Sharma welcomed their second kid, Akaay, in the same city, where the entire family has been living for the past year or so.

Kohli's second child was born in early 2024, therefore he missed the Test series against England that year. He returned to India to participate in the IPL 2024, followed by the T20 World Cup 2024, when he helped India win the trophy.

He traveled to India to participate in the country's celebrations, but he quickly left for London to be with his family. Rajkumar Sharma, Kohli's boyhood coach, also discussed the senior cricketer's ambitions to relocate permanently to London shortly, particularly after his retirement.

Kevin Pietersen reveals private chat with Virat Kohli

During his commentary stint with Star Sports, Aakash Chopra predicted whether both Virat Kohli and Kevin Pietersen might be discussing something about real estate in London since Kohli lives there now.

"Well, he (Virat Kohli) lives abroad most of the time now, so he could well be asking him (Kevin Pietersen) about real estate in London and some good localities there," Chopra said on air.

When probed about the exchange, Pietersen encouraged viewers not to make assumptions. In between, former India batsman Suresh Raina assumed the chat was about golf. Pietersen responded quickly and hinted at a debate about this topic.

"Never ever assume things. I can use an analogy about assumptions but won't here," Pietersen said.

"You're not far wrong there, you know," Pietersen told Raina about the conversation about playing golf. "I have told him (Kohli), you've got to start playing golf. What a great game it is," he added.
