“We made a room where we used to read namaz regularly. After that, they used to talk to us for a few minutes. After a few days, I observed that a few players, Irfan Pathan, Mohammad Kaif, and Zaheer, who generally used to join us for namaz, carried a few more Indian players with them.Inzamam Ul Haq expressed in a video as a user posted onX(formerly known as Twitter).

The Multan-born highlighted that the Indian spinner wanted to admit the words of the maulana but couldn’t after looking at the lifestyle of Inzamam.

“They didn’t use to read namaz but used to listen to the maulana. So one day, Harbhajan Singh told me that I wanted to admit this person from my heart (pointing towards the maulana). Harbhajan Singh slams Pakistan’s lack of unity during Champions Trophy 2025

Pakistan didn’t enjoy the home return of the ICC event, as they are out of the eight-team Champions Trophy 2025 in just a week after two successive defeats against New Zealand and India. In the opening game, they failed to chase down 321 runs, while in the second clash, they failed to defend 241 runs.

Harbhajan Singh has cited the lack of unity on the side for their decline in international cricket. The legendary spinner also elaborated on the absence of the dominant bowling attack, which used to have so many match-winners in the past.

Haven't seen such a Pakistan team in years. When we used to play Pakistan, there was always a feeling that the opposition could beat you because they had star players, power-packed performers, and bowling was very good, and the unity showed. The 44-year-old expressed.

“This (current) team may have players who can win a game on their own, but that unity isn't evident. They have individuals who can win a game on their day. But a team should have 7-8 such players who can win you the championship. I don't see that in this team.Harbhajan observed.
