The Sunrisers Hyderabad will have an issue in deciding their number six and seventh batter. Undoubtedly, their top order is strong along with the middle order but the only question remains on their lower order.
SRH’s Playing 11:
In the last edition, half of their job was done by the top order, including the two openers, Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma. Head was the fourth leading run-getter of the previous edition, with 567 runs in 15 innings at a strike rate of 191.55.
Abhishek also smashed 484 runs in 16 innings at a strike rate of over 200, thanks to three half-centuries. They may also aim to get 300 runs on the board and the pocket dynamo at number three, Ishan Kishan, will be vital in the department.
Nitish Reddy will bat at number four in the playing eleven during the SRH vs RR encounter, while the responsibility of the lower order will be on the wicketkeeper, Heinrich Klassen. This year, the Sunrisers will have both the premier spinners, Adam Zampa and Rahul Chahar, who can pick wickets in the middle order.
In the pace bowling department, they will have their captain, Pat Cummins, for the SRH vs RR fixture, alongside the two new members, Harshal Patel and Mohammad Shami. Most of Harshal’s overs will be at the death overs.
