After being dismissed at a critical point during the match against LSG in Hyderabad, SRH all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy lost his temper. Sunrisers Hyderabad wanted to put more than 220 runs on the board, so Reddy's wicket was a pivotal point in the match.

After Sunrisers Hyderabad had lost Ishan Kishan and Abhishek Sharma to consecutive deliveries early in the innings, Nitish Kumar Reddy entered the batting order inside the powerplay. Reddy took his time, but he always had good intentions.

The youthful Andhra Pradesh all-rounder and Travis Head shared a crucial 61-run partnership, in which Head was the more aggressive player. Heinrich Klaasen was the next player to leave the Sunrisers, so Reddy decided to ease down and take it easy.

He also struggled with his timing, as he failed to connect certain shots. With the pressure mounting upon him to strike a boundary, Reddy was finally dismissed for 32 off 28 balls with a strike rate of just 114.28.

They were unable to reach even 200, though, as his wicket broke the momentum. In the fifteenth over of the innings, Ravi Bishnoi bowled Nitish Kumar Reddy out. Off-stump, the leg spinner bowled a tossed-up delivery.

After battling with timing for the majority of his innings, the all-rounder felt the need to try for a big hit. He attempted a hard shot down the ground but failed to read Bishnoi's googly.

He consequently found his stumps rocked and missed the ball entirely. On his way back to the dressing room, Reddy hurled his helmet in rage after losing his wicket. In the end, SRH could only conjure 190/9 in their 20 overs, with Travis Head top-scoring with 47 runs.

LSG cruises to the target thanks to Nicholas Pooran

The Lucknow Super Giants chased the target down in just 16.1 overs of the run-chase, proving that it was insufficient. Nicholas Pooran hit six fours and six sixes his route to smashing 70 off just 26 balls, demonstrating some incredible batting ability.

With a brilliant 52 off just 31 balls, opener Mitchell Marsh also maintained his strong batting streak. David Miller and Abdul Samad ended the game, keeping them undefeated till the very end.

The Sunrisers will now travel to Visakhapatnam, where on March 30 they will play the Delhi Capitals. However, LSG's next game is scheduled for April 1 at home against Punjab Kings.
