Sanju Samson is expected to be fit to play in the Rajasthan Royals' (RR) final two IPL 2025 games, which is a huge boost for the club. Before the competition resumes, captain Sanju Samson has returned to the Rajasthan Royals team and even begun net practice.

The Royals are committed to finishing the season with a great showing with their full-strength squad, even though they are not in the IPL 2025 playoff race. Samson had to miss a few games due to an abdominal ailment he sustained during RR's encounter against the Delhi Capitals last month, which led to the tournament being postponed for a week.

Additionally, he had missed the team's opening three games of the season. But after the most recent setback, the Indian batsman-wicketkeeper remained in Jaipur for treatment, and Riyan Parag headed the Rajasthan club in the 2025 Indian Premier League.

Samson benefited greatly from the recent tournament halt brought on by tensions between India and Pakistan, as it allowed the RR captain ample time to fully recuperate. Sanju, who is now fully recovered and back in training, will take the lead as Rajasthan looks to end the season strongly.

After spending some time in Kerala, Sanju Samson has returned to the Rajasthan Royals camp in Jaipur, according to a MyKhel report. Following his recovery from an abdominal injury, he is again totally fit and is anticipated to captain the club in their forthcoming May 18 matchup against Punjab Kings.

Despite his bothersome problems, which include a finger injury earlier this season, Samson has played seven games in the IPL 2025 and scored 224 runs at an average of 32 and a strike rate above 143. Notably, the Royals are now in ninth place in the standings after winning only three of their first 12 games this season.

Following a one-week break due to the India-Pakistan conflict, RR also welcomed back Indian players Riyan Parag and Vaibhav Suryavanshi as they were ready for the tournament's final round. Lhuan-dre Pretorius, a South African batsman, has also joined the team to replace Nitish Rana, who is injured.

Jofra Archer's injury will keep him out of action for the remainder of the season. The final two games for RR will be played at home in Jaipur. On May 18, they will play the Punjab Kings, and on May 20, they will play the Chennai Super Kings.
