Yograj Singh, a former cricket player for India, has attacked Congress spokesperson Shama Mohamed harshly for her body-shaming remarks about Rohit Sharma, the team's captain.
The renowned Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh's father, Yograj Singh, believed Shama should be ashamed of her remarks on Rohit Sharma and even demanded her removal from the nation.

Yograj went on to say that their cricket team in the adjacent country receives these kinds of pointless remarks. In addition, he demanded that Shama face harsh consequences for disparaging the Indian cricket captain.
“Pack your bags and leave the country”- Yograj Singh slams Shama Mohamed
In an interview with the ANI, Yograj Singh praised Rohit Sharma for his tremendous contributions to the nation and said Shama Mohamed ought to feel guilty for her remarks. He asserted that Shama had no right to reside in the nation while supporting Indian cricket players.
"Indian cricketers, people, and the land are more dear to me than my own life. If someone in the political system makes such a statement about a player who has brought pride to our nation, that person should be ashamed.
They have no right to stay in our nation. Cricket is our religion; we lost against New Zealand and Australia, and a lot of things were said about Rohit (Sharma) and Virat (Kohli). We stood up for them. I feel so sad,” Yograj Singh told ANI.
India suffered home and away Test series losses to Australia and New Zealand, respectively, prior to the Champions Trophy. Despite their poor performances in both series, Yograj consistently supported both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to quickly return to their previous level of play.
"These things happen in Pakistan" - Yograj Singh
By asserting that such utterances are made in Pakistan, Yograj further included Pakistan in his argument. He used Wasim Akram's recent remark, in which he ridiculed and questioned Pakistan's players for eating bananas on the ground, as an example.
"These things happen in Pakistan. Their former star player (Wasim Akram) said, 'Who will eat so many bananas?' Action should be taken. This should not be tolerated. If I were the prime minister, I would have said, Pack your bags and leave the country," Yograj said.
Because they didn't win a single game and didn't advance to the semi-finals of the current Champions Trophy, the Pakistani cricket team was recently subjected to vicious trolling. In Group A, the Men in Green came in last, much worse than Bangladesh.
