The NRR is calculated as the difference between “the runs scored in the overs faced” to “the runs conceded by the team in the overs bowled” in the same match.
DC/DD or the Delhi franchise finished on the bottom for four seasons, the most by any team.
There is no fixed number of points that the teams need to achieve. In order to qualify, the team needs to be in the top four of the standings.
The NRR comes into picture in case of disputes over the same number of points at the the time of qualification.
